CompensationIt is important to note that this is a tipped position; the listed hourly minimum pay does not account for any potential tips.

Key Responsibilities- Participate in pre-shift briefings, noting essential service information
- Work collaboratively with the Chef, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure timely food preparation and delivery; assist in the presentation of dishes
- Perform any necessary table-side service, which may include taking and delivering orders and explaining menu items to guests
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; be able to identify menu items and ingredients visually
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and suites
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No high school diploma or GED is necessary
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may involve navigating stairs
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for setup, service, and cleanup
- Capability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Visual and auditory acuity sufficient for taking orders and preparing checks
