Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager/Administrator to join our team at TruBlue of Plymouth Canton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing business and helping us achieve our mission of providing premium handyman services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication with customers through our office phone system, texting, and emails.
  • Schedule meetings with potential customers for our estimators and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of approved jobs according to staffing availability and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage inventory of literature and marketing materials used by TruBlue and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and management, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Track hours worked by employees per job and monitor purchases made for each project.
  • Assist the manager in sending out invoices when projects are complete and ensure timely payment.
  • Support estimators with material location and pricing, ensuring accurate quotes and estimates.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our social media accounts and email communication with prospects, promoting our services and engaging with our audience.

Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong social media knowledge, including Facebook and Nextdoor.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in customer satisfaction, treating people with respect and expecting the same in return.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse socioeconomic status and age differences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of employees.
  • Ability to set efficient schedules for a growing number of crew members.
  • Ability to adapt to interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of business principles, including profitability and efficiency.
