Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring service control and operational functions to meet corporate and customer specified requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Control and Operations: Monitor service control and operational functions to meet corporate and customer specified requirements.
  • Problem-Solving Support: Provide problem-solving support while assisting in the application of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Human Resources: Interview and make effective recommendations for hiring, counsel, coach, and document performance issues, and make recommendations for termination if necessary.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare productivity reports based on production information and address statistics to ensure operational needs of the business are maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain personnel files and records, communicate and provide administrative support in handling all injury/compensation issues, and assist in scheduling all temporary staff and needed replacements.
  • Attendance and Absenteeism: Monitor absenteeism and publish related reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in an office, administrative, or human resources role.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • A competitive and career-oriented mindset.
