Job Overview

KLINGSPOR Abrasives, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for aggressively making connections with new and existing end users in the industrial sales market and nurturing growth opportunities for both yourself and KLINGSPOR.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business-to-business sales success, a strong work ethic, and a passion for improvement. You will be expected to produce reasonable growth, capture new accounts, and maintain and develop a protected territory.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, monthly commissions, and a monthly performance bonus. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn income through our generous sampling program and "Salesperson of the Year" competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively make connections with new and existing end users in the industrial sales market
  • Nurture growth opportunities for both yourself and KLINGSPOR

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated business-to-business sales success
  • Insurable driving record and ability to pass a drug screening
