Job Overview

Creative Care Resources is a leading provider of innovative care solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team on a weekend shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure consistency in care and achieve individualized goals.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding our organization's values and mission.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to work with individuals with special needs, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Pass a thorough background check and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, and perform other physical demands of the role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
