About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ambulatory Center Operations Coordinator to join our team at Endoscopy Center of CT. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ambulatory center.

As an Ambulatory Center Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing multiple functional tasks, including assisting Nurses in the Recovery Room, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and receptionist duties between our Hamden and Guilford Locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and ensure the smooth operation of patient flow.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
