About the Role

We are looking for a talented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at STN Laundry. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Owners and General Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception coverage and answering phone calls
  • Supporting estimating staff with data entry and other tasks
  • Managing accounts payable, billing, and collections
  • Tracking company rentals and maintaining accurate records

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
