This position will keep you active and engaged. Your responsibilities include maintaining organized aisles, collaborating with supervisors and team members, restocking shelves, and addressing customer inquiries. You may also assist with the checkout process when necessary.

Hourly Wage: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $14.00 to $26.00, with the actual rate reflecting or exceeding the minimum wage for the job location.

Additional Compensation: You may also receive performance incentives on an annual or quarterly basis, along with potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Walk up to 5 miles daily while fulfilling online customer orders
  • Review customer orders and accurately locate and select merchandise on the sales floor
  • Ensure precise fulfillment of customer orders
  • Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude
  • Quickly and accurately dispense customer orders in varying weather conditions
