Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading a team of Tellers and providing exceptional customer service while processing transactions and contributing to branch sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and train Tellers to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Supervise cash handling and balance cash each day
  • Identify referral opportunities to contribute to branch sales
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
  • Manage branch cash expectations and ATM servicing
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience required
  • Teller experience required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Coaching experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound business judgment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
  • Flexible, able to adapt to change
