Information Systems Manager

The Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing our membership and donor database and point-of-sale software system, supporting all system users in multiple Museum departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud-based data systems and functionality, as well as organizational hardware and software needs and requirements. They will also be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and have advanced skills in MS Excel.
Key responsibilities will include acting as a super user of Altru Database, analyzing organizational database processes and procedures, and preparing recommendations for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will also provide training and support to Museum staff, act as the first line of customer service, and manage database hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, targeting, and troubleshooting within Altru and other related technology solutions.
Additionally, the Information Systems Manager will participate in the Altru online community, provide feedback to Blackbaud on issues and/or system upgrade requests, and manage the maintenance and security permissions of users in the Blackbaud system.
