Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant Professional to join our team in Beaumont, TX. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our residents, promoting their overall health and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring the highest level of comfort and safety.
  • Document resident information accurately and efficiently, including vital signs and progress notes.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents and staff.

Requirements:



  • Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Food Handler Certificate
  • Professional knowledge of basic healthcare practices and procedures, including infection control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • One year of prior experience as a nursing assistant or equivalent training
  • Prior experience in customer service
