GPAC is a well-established Eye Care Practice seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to provide patient-focused care and growth opportunities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team, responsible for performing routine eye exams, diagnosing and assisting in the treatment of ocular disease, prescribing corrective lenses, promoting healthy vision by counseling and educating patients, and maintaining detailed patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat various eye conditions
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Promote healthy vision and educate patients on preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree from an accredited institution
  • Average patient load of 16-20 patients per day, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Licensed in Texas or able to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe

Compensation and Benefits:

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a signing bonus for the right candidate. We also offer a friendly environment, modern technology, and a weekend availability schedule.
