Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Psychiatrist for a direct hire position at our Partner's Community Health System. As a key member of the team, you will perform assessments and provide treatment to clients, meeting productivity requirements set by the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments and provide evidence-based treatment to patients in the Clinic
  • Meet or exceed productivity requirements as set forth by senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols for psychiatric care
  • Supervise non-physician providers, including Licensed Therapists, Neuropsychologists, and Behavioral Health Coordinators
  • Participate in Performance Improvement Programs and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bilingual Psychiatrist with expertise in cultural competency and community outreach would be an ideal candidate for this position.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
