Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Support Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our overnight operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during non-peak hours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and team members alike, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure that all products received during overnight hours are accurately checked-in, stored, and rotated to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, including Food Safety and Weights and Measures standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to receive and sort overnight deliveries, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and merchandised.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, including ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or violations to store leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
