Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Support Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our overnight support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during non-peak hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Preparation and Maintenance

Prepare and receive product in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.

Store Maintenance and Organization

Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, adhering to WFM cleanliness and safety standards.

Customer Service and Support

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner, and modeling suggestive selling techniques.

Inventory Management and Control

Accurately sort and scan waste, handle DC and UNFI invoices, and properly check-in product and report miss-picks to team leadership.

Team Collaboration and Support

Aid in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work.
  • Work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
  • Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
