Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Support Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our overnight team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during non-peak hours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and team members alike, addressing their needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Receive and prepare product for the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Accurately sort and scan waste, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Stock and clean shelves, bins, and food preparation areas, maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment.
  • Handle DC and UNFI invoices for product delivered outside store receiving hours, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Properly check-in product and report miss-picks to team leadership, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Aid in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams, ensuring efficient and timely processing.
  • Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work, adhering to company standards.
  • Maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
  • Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.
  • Immediately report safety hazards and violations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
