About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Parts Administrator to join our team at Horseshoe Beverage Co. in Neenah, WI. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of parts, receiving and stocking supplies, and issuing parts to mechanics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and verifies shipments from vendors, ensuring accuracy and quantity
  • Maintains accurate records of inventory and parts usage
  • Issues parts to mechanics and assists with part selection
  • Conducts periodic physical inventory to ensure proper stock levels
  • Barcodes inventory parts for tracking usage
Requirements
  • Knowledge of industry parts, tools, repair, and equipment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing stockroom practices and procedures
  • Ability to maintain automated inventory records
  • Ability to operate office equipment and machines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a related field
  • Previous maintenance technician or mechanic experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Work Environment

This part-time position works 22-28 hours per week at our Neenah, WI manufacturing facility. The employee may be required to operate business machines, lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
