The Panther Group is looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to collaborate with a prominent transportation solutions provider.

This position offers a long-term remote contract with the potential for hire. Initial training will take place onsite for a duration of 2-3 months, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, transitioning to 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM post-training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries
  • Conducting account maintenance tasks
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints
  • Performing data entry duties

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume call environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Reliable transportation for training sessions

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour for English speakers; $18.50 per hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish/English)
  • Expected Work Hours: 40 hours per week
