The Panther Group is looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to collaborate with a prominent transportation solutions provider.
This position offers a long-term remote contract with the potential for hire. Initial training will take place onsite for a duration of 2-3 months, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, transitioning to 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM post-training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries
- Conducting account maintenance tasks
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints
- Performing data entry duties
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume call environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Reliable transportation for training sessions
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour for English speakers; $18.50 per hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish/English)
- Expected Work Hours: 40 hours per week
