We are seeking a skilled Clinician/Therapist to join our team at the Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine. As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to adults and geriatric patients with psychiatric, emotional, and addictive disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop effective treatment plans that promote recovery and symptom reduction.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions to adults with mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss treatment planning and ongoing discharge planning.

The Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is a 64-bed acute inpatient setting that provides a comprehensive continuum of care for adults and geriatric patients. We are proud to partner with National Health Corporation (NHC), Tennova Healthcare, and The University of Tennessee Medical Center to deliver high-quality behavioral health services to our community.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Human Services related field.
  • At least one year of supervised clinical experience with adults.
  • Licensure preferred but not required.
