Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Counselor III to join our team at Peninsula, a Division of Parkwest Medical Center. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide professional counseling services to patients and families, and play a critical role in helping individuals achieve mental wellness and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to patients and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Connect patients and families with community resources and support services
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in behavioral health
  • Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
