**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
  • Oversee the entire HR process, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and benefits laws.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure effective use of resources.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience owning all HR processes, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and benefits laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
