Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the entire HR process and strategy for the organization, supporting over 100 employees. This key role will be responsible for employee relations, engagement, orientations, compliance, policy enforcement, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, timesheets, recruiting, benefits, performance reviews, and terminations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
- Oversee the entire HR process, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and benefits laws.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure effective use of resources.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience owning all HR processes, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and benefits laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
