* Influence customer buying decisions by educating customers on products, offers, and specials
* Maintain a selling environment focused on the customer first
* Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
* Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
* Perform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning

Requirements:

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
* Sincere desire to work with a diverse customer base, selling novelties and apparel
* Ability to communicate with customers and employees
* Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
* Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
* Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
* Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
* Must be eligible to work in the US

Work Environment:

Salary:

$15/hour plus commissions
