Position Summary:
The Product Manager plays a crucial role in evaluating, designing, developing, and executing the Company's offerings to fulfill or exceed the needs and values of both current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients, leadership from Sales and Account Management, Business Operations, Finance, Legal, and other personnel to identify and evaluate opportunities for product/service development. Employ both quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess market, financial, and legal viability for successful enhancements to existing offerings and potential new initiatives. Formulate recommendations into formal Business Cases.
2. Lead and/or support project teams throughout the product ideation process, from concept development to market introduction: including conceptual design, product strategy, high-level design, documentation, user experience mapping, product planning, and lifecycle management.
3. Facilitate and contribute to evaluations and decisions regarding the development, pricing, distribution, and maintenance of products/services, including outsourcing and external partnerships.
4. Oversee the transition of new products and enhancements from development to operational status. Create detailed implementation plans and lead cross-functional teams.
5. Provide necessary support to other departments to ensure all processes, documentation, communication, training, administrative, operational, and technical support functions are established prior to product launch.
6. Regularly assess and report on the financial and operational performance of existing products, services, systems, and processes to determine necessary improvements or modifications to meet customer or market demands.
7. Draft business plans, vision statements, and high-level scopes for products/services. Collaborate with other departments to document associated policies, procedures, and business rules.
8. Contribute to the creation of effective marketing and communication strategies, as well as initial customer proposals that promote Company offerings.
9. Utilize project management expertise to assist with or lead strategic corporate projects that enhance the Company's market position.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across various disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate a commitment to the Company's core values.

Job Scope:
The Product Manager operates with limited supervision to independently fulfill job responsibilities. The incumbent possesses and applies knowledge gained through experience and a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures within the field. The role allows for significant autonomy and the use of independent judgment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $110-115K. Specific offers consider a candidate's education, experience, and skills, as well as work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunities.
