    • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained
  • Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional guest service and culinary excellence
    • Recruit, hire, and train new team members to meet the needs of our growing business
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to meet business objectives
  • Guest Satisfaction
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty, including menu development, service standards, and quality control

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu development, team management, and financial management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven culinary expertise and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty
