Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator at Ceres Group is responsible for providing support and data analysis for the Business Operations organization. The role involves case management to provide best-in-class support for internal sales users. The Administrator will also support the testing, training, and rollout of Salesforce functionality, as well as assist in data quality efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS or equivalent experience, with experience in a related field and certification in Salesforce highly desired. Strong written and oral communication skills, customer service skills, and project management skills are also essential.
Key responsibilities include managing cases for internal and external customers, performing day-to-day administrative tasks, and executing on specific reporting and analysis responsibilities. The Administrator will also support data quality efforts and manage integration between Salesforce and other installed applications.
