Overview:

This role acts as a crucial link between the management team, staff members, and patients. The individual will oversee the allocation of tasks and the scheduling of team members. They will provide training and orientation to new staff in line with established guidelines and protocols. Additionally, this position will assist in assessing the performance of team members and will engage in coaching activities. The lead will keep the management informed about any performance-related concerns and operational challenges. Responsibilities may also include managing inventory and procurement of office and medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates communication between management, staff, and patients
  • Oversees task distribution and scheduling for the team
  • Provides training and orientation for new employees in accordance with company policies
  • Assists in performance evaluations and participates in coaching initiatives
  • Reports performance issues to management
  • Communicates patient and operational concerns to management
  • May handle inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Processes and inputs billing information into the system
  • Completes billing procedures and disseminates billing information
  • Verifies insurance coverage and assists with referral processes
  • May prepare financial documents for deposits

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
