**Job Summary**

Mesa Energy Systems, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of the contracts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring quality, and representing the company in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

Gain insight into service performance and document customer responses with accuracy

Perform site surveys and checks to ensure quality and present new technology and enhanced PM services when given the chance

Report findings, customer opinions, and results to company leadership and monitor maintenance data to proactively respond to situations

Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to contract customers and as a fellow member of the contracts team

Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of customer service experience required

Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills

Mechanical aptitude preferred

Strong verbal and listening communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and professional friendly demeanor

Ability to solve problems and act with appropriate urgency

Valid driver's license required
