Job Summary

The role of the Document Coordinator at Timios, Inc. involves coordinating signings and assisting the Closing Specialist in reviewing files, identifying potential title issues, preparing affidavits and payoff statements, locating notaries for clients, and ensuring they have all necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities
  • Contact borrowers, buyers, lenders, sellers, creditors, and agents as needed.
  • Address client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Prepare and order deeds, subordinations, and affidavits.
  • Enter figures on HUD Settlement Statements.
  • Distribute documents to all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Follow up on document recordation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, one must possess exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in the mortgage, escrow, title, or banking industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is also required.
