The Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll be a friendly problem-solver, ready to help clients navigate their insurance needs with ease. You'll handle questions, provide top-notch service, and be the go-to person for client inquiries. Every interaction is a chance to turn a customer's day around, and you'll do it with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, and make them feel valued.
