Exciting Opportunity in Energy and Project Infrastructure

We are working with a top-ranked Energy Group at McClure Harrison, Inc. looking for an associate to join their thriving team. As an Energy and Project Infrastructure Associate Attorney, you will work directly with partners on transactions and have the opportunity to work with the co-chairs of the group on exciting matters.

The ideal candidate has debt finance and/or project finance and project development experience, with an emphasis on energy and infrastructure projects. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on transactions and projects related to energy and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with partners and co-chairs on exciting matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a T-25 law school; Top 25% from a T-50 law school
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative and potential for leadership
  • Judgment and confidence to work independently
