Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven attorney with experience in representing renewable or independent generators on electric matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FERC's regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide written and oral legal advice to clients on FERC-related matters
  • Anticipate and mitigate legal risks involving the organization
  • Ensure budget compliance and minimize the need for outside counsel
  • Disclose potentially material legal issues to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Member in Good Standing of State Bar
  • High School Grad / GED
  • Juris Doctorate
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in FERC-related matters

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $196,000.00 to $294,000.00 per year.
