Position Overview:

RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IE Project Manager to contribute to the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED). This role is pivotal in advancing clean energy demonstration initiatives in collaboration with the private sector, aiming to expedite the adoption of sustainable energy solutions and facilitate a just transition to a decarbonized energy framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insights, guidance, and comprehensive reports to senior personnel within the Department of Energy.
- Lead and oversee an engineering team in the assessment and management of substantial energy-related infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project financing, innovative technology demonstrations, supply chain logistics, and the integration and initial operations of complex energy projects.
- Assess the reliability and performance of systems, utilizing probabilistic and statistical methodologies pertinent to risk evaluations and operational safety.
- Ensure that all reports and deliverables align with established expectations.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required to secure a client-issued Public Trust.
- A minimum of 12 years of executive experience in managing and directing engineering organizations focused on large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
- Experience in the Clean Energy sector is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in business writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education: Bachelor's Degree
