Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality nuclear medicine and positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) images on patients while providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases using radioisotopes.
- Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT images on patients.
- Assure proper dose of radionuclides are ordered for each patient.
- Start intravenous lines or perform straight stick venipuncture for isotope injection.
- Monitor patients' well-being during exams and recognize patient discomfort or medical problems.
- Maintain a nuclear medicine information system for all patient dosing, calibration, receiving, and disposition.
- Under the direction of the radiologist, administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases using radioisotopes.
- Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
- State Nuclear Medicine License.
- Experience working in a high-volume setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- BLS/CPR certification.
