We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wingate Management Company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Property Manager and management staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all documents and communications.

This role involves diverse tasks that require strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. You will use various software packages to produce documents, presentations, charts, and graphics, and manage departmental mailings, correspondence, and telephone contacts in a professional manner.

A successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in clerical and administrative support, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and a typing speed of 75 wpm. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, as well as reliability, self-motivation, and detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
