Job Summary

The Contact Center Specialist II plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support by scheduling appointments, registering patients, and verifying insurance information. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and register patients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
