Job Title: Licensing Specialist I

At CNS Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Licensing Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our Licensing Center organization, you will play a critical role in contributing to our workflows and team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process licensing tasks from CNS specialists and directly from clients and customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Auto Titling and Licensing, including general notarization and licensing specific services to individual states.
  • Meet with clients for IRP licensing and other licensing needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage clients' expiring registration renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple tasks and programs
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
  • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to work within a team of professionals and specialists

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment and software.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This position is full-time or part-time, with full-time hours being Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and part-time hours TBD.
