We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at Pioneer Mortgage Funding Inc. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for creating lending solutions for our clients and assisting buyers in obtaining their dream homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make informed decisions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of funding in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other industry professionals.
  • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability.
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA, and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly.
