About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at EdClub. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and visit customers onsite to build relationships and promote our products.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS sales, account management, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other web-based tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
