About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at EdClub. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our customer base, ensuring maximum software utilization, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain healthy customer relationships
  • Retain existing customers and convert freemium customers to paid customers
  • Ensure maximum software utilization by customers
  • Onboard new customers and provide training and support
  • Encourage customers to subscribe to additional products and services
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for customer matters and coordinate efforts with other teams
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and visit customers onsite
