Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at EdClub. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our customer base, ensuring maximum software utilization, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Retain existing customers and convert freemium customers to paid customers
- Ensure maximum software utilization by customers
- Onboard new customers and provide training and support
- Encourage customers to subscribe to additional products and services
- Operate as the lead point of contact for customer matters and coordinate efforts with other teams
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and visit customers onsite
