- May procure and manage office supplies.

- Prepares and shares relevant reports with appropriate personnel.
- Ensures all documentation for assigned areas is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintains organized personnel and administrative files.
- Records minutes during staff meetings and keeps them in an organized file.
- Ensures compliance with documentation and billing standards.
- Delivers necessary reports as required.
- Operates with minimal supervision.
- May supervise junior staff members.
Financial Responsibilities
