We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at American Health Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of caregivers.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at American Health Communities, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and administering medications
  • Supervising nursing aides and support staff to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents
  • Performing administrative duties, such as documenting assessments and managing inventory
  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
  • Supervising support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work
