We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at American Health Partners. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized healthcare to residents, supervising other caregivers, and ensuring the comfort and safety of those we serve. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing nursing care to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures
  • Directing the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff
  • Performing administrative duties, such as documenting assessments and managing inventory
  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
  • Performing emergency procedures, such as CPR
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure in the state of Tennessee or a compact state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • Supervisory experience and ability to train, schedule, and assign work to support staff
