Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at American Health Partners, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and supervising other caregivers to ensure the comfort and safety of those we serve.
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Perform emergency procedures, including CPR, to ensure the safety of our patients.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee or compact state as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Supervise support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work, as well as reviewing performance and assisting in problem-solving for staff issues.
