Job Overview

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience selling industrial rotating equipment, specifically pumps
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
