Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance and coordinate maintenance tasks based on established priorities.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues across a variety of technologies.
  • Improve operational efficiency by recommending and implementing equipment upgrades and developing new processes.
  • Conduct maintenance on production, facility, and utility systems, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
  • Adjust, repair, and replace components on mechanical systems to guarantee reliable functionality.
  • Respond to service requests during operational hours, which may include off-shift and weekend work.
  • Implement corrective measures, including the replacement of electrical components and multi-phase motors.
  • Collaborate in troubleshooting discrepancies, executing testing protocols, and maintaining precise documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze performance data to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Document all maintenance activities and support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in mechanical methodologies, troubleshooting, and understanding of equipment start-up and project support.
  • Familiarity with schematics, P&ID drawings, and ISA symbols & numbering.
  • Strong aptitude in electrical, mechanical, and technical domains is essential.
