At Prisma Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of healthcare. As a Pharmacist System Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and managing projects and systems to drive business value and improve operational productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects and systems to ensure successful delivery and management within scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy executives, directors, functional managers, and clinical pharmacists to drive project and operational success.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity and performance.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among operational, clinical, and ancillary staff to promote a successful project and operational team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-approved College of Pharmacy.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, system management, project coordination, and/or general business management.
  • SC Registered Pharmacist license or Pharmacist license within 4 months of hire.
