Key Responsibilities

The main duty of an Account Executive is to cultivate a portfolio of clients through:

  • Identifying and nurturing referral partnerships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
  • Collaborating with clients to assess their insurance requirements, exploring alternatives from a broad array of carriers, and delivering tailored solutions to minimize household risks.

This role is crucial for generating new business revenue on a monthly basis, with a focus on achieving targets both individually and as part of a team. Account Executives receive comprehensive training in sales process management, business development, and more. Compensation Overview

The potential earnings for the first year range from $63,000 to $100,000, contingent on performance. Our compensation structure includes a $10,000 signing bonus, a base salary, commissions on new business, and opportunities for monthly bonuses. Additionally, you will be eligible for renewal commissions annually, which can significantly enhance your overall income.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's degree with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Successful completion of the state licensing examination upon hiring.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
