Job Summary
The Senior Accountant III plays a critical role in the financial management of the organization, supporting the Controller in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This role requires a highly skilled accountant with expertise in general ledger maintenance, fund accounting, and budget analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and be proficient in using medium to large scaled computerized accounting systems, such as Sage MIP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Responsible for preparing trial balances, general ledgers, and balance sheet account reconciliations, including monthly close and reconciliation of financials.
  • Fund Accounting: Assists in the analysis, preparation, and development of fund accounting reports and statements.
  • Budget Analysis: Assists the Controller in preparing individual program budgets as needed for expense allocation and invoicing.

Salary Range: $91,790.60 - $97,380.66
