Eva Garland Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Scientific Consultant to join our team. As a Scientific Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in securing grants from federal and private funding agencies to advance their research and development.
Key Responsibilities- Grant Writing and Proposal Development: Write competitive grant applications in response to solicitations from a broad range of agencies, including the Department of Defense, National Institutes of Health, and National Science Foundation.
- Project Management: Serve as a Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of the proposal preparation process, including research plan development, budget preparation, and submission.
- Client Collaboration: Work cooperatively with clients and collaborators in the start-up space, at contract research organizations, in academia, and various other organizations with a focus on scientific development.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members at Eva Garland Consulting, LLC to create solutions with measurable value for clients and in support of our central mission to advance science.
- Education: Ph.D. in a scientific (STEM) field.
- Experience: Postdoctoral or other professional experience (6 months required, 2+ years preferred).
- Grant Writing Experience: Experience in writing scientific grant applications for federal agencies.
