Job Summary

The Proposal Writer role is responsible for creating high-quality, compliant, and responsive proposals for government and commercial solicitations. This position requires strong writing and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write compelling proposal content that meets the needs of the client and the requirements of the solicitation.
  • Conduct research and gather information to inform proposal development and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with proposal managers and subject matter experts to develop and implement proposal strategies.
  • Write and edit proposal materials, including technical and project management-focused content.
  • Ensure compliance with federal procurement processes and regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Technical Writing, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience writing persuasive content for government and commercial proposals.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and regulations.
Working Environment

This role is performed in a home office setting and requires strong communication and collaboration skills. Telecommuters are expected to have a professional and organized workspace.
